Winslow Highlands (Formerly known as Mountain Residence 4), was brand new for 2008 ski season and is classed as hotel/self catering complex. It is situated in the most popular Bulgarian ski resort of Bansko.
The main ski lift (Gondola), is only 70 metres (yes only 70 metres) from our complex, to the many pistes Bansko has to offer, including the newly installed black run, two new red runs and a further blue run on the slope down to our apartment, (almost).
This new complex offers a high standard of building work undertaken by Winslow Developments which includes 24 hour security, reception, (with English speaking staff), lobby bar, laundry area, SPA facilities, which include Roman Bath, Steam Bath, Sauna, Jacuzzi, large indoor swimming pool, massage room, (local fee applies), gym, children's playroom, underground parking spaces, ski equipment storage facility, landscaped gardens, and beautiful mountain views - what more could you ask for?
Our new two bedroom and two bathroom apartment is in an excellent location within a very short walking distance to the Gondola Station and across the road from the famous 5* Kempinski Hotel.
Take advantage of the apres ski that Bansko has to offer by taking a short stroll to the beautiful traditional town of Bansko, where you can enjoy the local bars and restaurants, selling both Bulgaria traditional foods and a variety of other European dishes as well as English food.
There will be no need to queue after a busy day on the slopes as you will, depending on your stamina at the end of the day, virtually be able to ski right down to our apartment! Once inside you can take advantage of the Spa facilities the complex has to offer, which will ease away those aches and pains. Children can relax in the kiddies playroom equipped with various toys, games TV and videos.
After a relaxing session in the spa centre, you can then make your way upstairs to our apartment and enjoy a glass of wine in the cosy surroundings of our large lounge/dinning room with the cosy log burning fire.
Fully furnished to a very high standard, our apartment is suitable for couples and families alike. Cosy bedding including soft white towels and hairdryer are provided for your use. You will not even have to bring your own swimming towels as these are provided in the Spa area, just bring along your bathers. The apartment will be cleaned before arrival and after your departure, and should you require maid service during your stay, this can be provided at a small extra cost. Additionally, a welcome pack can also be ordered at an additional cost. Please let me know if this is something you require.

Prices are per booking for the apartment, not per person. Happy to consider long term lets througout the year, favourable rate can be negogiated. Also happy to accept both weekend and mid week bookings where we can accommodate you. Weekend bookings will be charged at £45 per night. Please note that a deposit of £100 will be required at time of booking, (which will be non refundable), should you change your mind. A further £100 security deposit will also be required. This deposit will not be cashed and can either be returned to you or shredded at the end of the holiday. However, should there be any damage to the apartment on departure the security cheque will be retained and cashed. This is in addition to the weekly rental stipulated above.
