Luxary one bedroom apartment, sleeps four, located on Pirin Street within 300m of the ski lift and near to all restaurants and shops. The apartment faces west overlooking the ski slopes with beautiful views of the Pirin Mountains from the balcony.
There is a large open plan living area with two comfortable sofas, one of which will convert to a sofa bed, coffee table, TV and DVD player. It has large window and door opening onto the balcony. Heating is electric.
The kitchen and dining area is fully fitted with sink, mixer tap and drainer. The equipment includes a 4 ring halogen hob, extractor hood, microwave, large fridge/freezer, toaster and electric kettle and comes with crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots and pans etc. There is also a table and four dining chairs.
The bedroom is spacious with a king sized bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables and lamps. Large windows have views of the ski slopes and are fitted with net and full curtains. Heating is electric.
The bathroom is a fairly spacious traditional wet room which is fully tiled and fitted with shower, wash basin and toilet. Water heating is electric.
The small balcony faces west and is accessed from the living area. There are two patio chairs and a small table.
The apartment block also has a lockable ski storage room and sauna.
Bansko is the premier ski resort in Bulgaria with a winter season that lasts from mid December to the end of April. It has over 70 meters of officially marked ski runs served by a number of chair and drag lifts, of which all are cutting edge technology. Doppelmayr ski lifts including an eight man gondola and four man chair lifts with bubble shields to protect against the weather.
Ski storage and rental facilities are all available and offer the latest ski and snowboard equipment from major western brands. The best and largest ski school in the region offershighly qualified ski and snowboard instuctors with courses ranging from begginers to advanced. For children ther is a junior club ski kindergarrten with three baby drags, a wonder carpet baby track and a rotunda type carousel.

A refundable security deposit of £150.00 is payable in advance and will be returned after the apartment has been checked for damage. Discount can be arranged for long term bookings.
