One of the finest apartments you will find in Bansko, 134 sqm of luxury awaits you when you stay in our penthouse apartment that is set over two floors in the Predela 2 complex.

As you enter the apartment you walk through the entrance hall into our spacious living room with flat screen TV, DVD player, SKY TV and internet connection. Along with the rest of the apartment, the living room is centrally heated but also has the option of using our feature wood burning fireplace which is centrally positioned to provide a fantastic atmosphere.

The other side of the open plan downstairs takes you to the seperate dining / kitchen area. As you would expect the kitchen is fully equipped and includes a washing machine as well as oven, hob and fridge / freezer.

The bedroom downstairs is a large twin bedded room, again centrally heated and with plenty of room. Just off of the bedroom is the downstairs shower room with glass corner shower enclosure and floor to ceiling tiles.

Undoubtedly one of the fantastic features of our apartment is the wide balcony which runs the length of the dining room, living room and bedroom and provides a huge outdoor space for socialising or just looking at the views of the National Park which is next to the Predela 2 complex.

You leave the downstairs area through the entrance hall which is partly used as a wood store but is also equally useable for drying of coats and other clothing. There is no need to bring your skis, boards or boots upstairs as they can be stored in our heated private ski locker which is located on the ground floor of the complex.

You climb the wooden staircase up to the penthouse double bedroom which has its own shower room (again tiled from floor to ceiling), walk in wardrobe area and balcony. You can see over Bansko and towards the Rhodope mountain range whilst lying in the kingsize bed. Again the room is centrally heated and the balcony runs the length of the room providing excellent outdoor space.

Two additional foldaway beds are available to be used in any of the bedrooms or in the living room to provide total sleeping for up to 6 people.

We have furnished the apartment with luxury solid wood furniture throughout to add a touch of class to your stay. The apartment is also air conditioned for the summer months.

The Predela 2 complex also lives up to the quality provided by our apartment, the leisure facilities include a large indoor swimming pool and sauna, steam and massage rooms and the bar area and reception area are also well finished.
