Luxury Mountain Apartment next to the ski gondola
Genuinely located only 100m from the main ski gondola. This luxury, self-catering, 2 bedroom apartment has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 7 people. The large windows and 2 balconies frame the fantastic views of the three mountain ranges Rila, Pirin & Rhodopee. Internet and satellite TV available.
Facilities: 2 double beds, 1 single bed, 2 double sofabeds, large amount of wardrobe space in both bedrooms, full length mirror, hairdryer, two bathrooms (one ensuite), internet and satellite TV & DVD player, range of DVD’s, 3 coffee tables, dining table & chairs for 8, dishwasher, electric oven, easy clean electric hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, utensils, cutlery & crockery for 7, hoover, iron & ironing board, coat & shoe rack, one set of linen & towels.
Sleeping Arrangements: Setup is for up to 7 guests, split between the 2 double bedrooms and either the sofabed in the lounge or the sofabed in the second bedroom. The apartment can sleep 9 but this is a very ‘cosy’ option only really suitable for families, please enquire.
Outdoors: 2 private balconies, communal gardens with a BBQ & fire pit area for guest use.
Access: Situated on the 3rd floor and accessed by a lift and stairs. A car is not necessary once in resort, although parking can be arranged if required at extra cost. All possible amenities are within easy walking distance.
Ski Storage: Skiis and boots must be kept in the ski rack provided on the balcony off the lounge (keeping the apartment dry and uncluttered). Alternatively lockers can be hired at the gondola.
Changeover Day: This is Saturday, check-in time is 4pm and departure time is 10am. There maybe some flexibility, please enquire. Suitcases etc can be left with reception for later collection.
Arrival: You’ll be met by an English speaking representative from our management company who will show you the apartment and will be your emergency contact whilst in Bansko.
Welcome Pack: Welcome packs containing self-catering essentials can be provided at extra cost. Please enquire if you are interested in a welcome pack.
Security: There is 24 hours security.
No smoking & no pets.
Linen & towels are provided (one set per week).
Laundry & Childcare: If you require either of these they can be arranged at extra cost, please enquire.

Payment:
1. To reserve this apartment please complete, sign and email a scanned copy of the booking form to us (agreeing to our terms and conditions) and make the 30% deposit payment. The non-refundable deposit is payable into our UK bank account, the details of which are on the booking form.
2. The balance must be paid 8 weeks in advance of your arrival date and will include a refundable £150 security deposit (refunded after your departure).
Prices:
•The rental cost includes one set of linen & towels, electricity and water charges and cleaning of the apartment upon your departure.
•Optional additional costs: Welcome pack, travel cot, midweek clean, midweek towel change etc.
•Shorter stays i.e. weekends maybe negotiable, please enquire.
•10% discount for bookings of 2 or more consecutive weeks.
•Prices subject to change at the owner’s discretion.
