We offer a very high quality fully furnished self catering 2 bed apartment on the first floor with 4 single beds, a shower room and second WC and basin plus a large kitchen and lounge which has Satellite TV and DVD /CD player.
The apartment can accommodate 4 to 6 persons in comfort as there is a very large sofa bed in the lounge and there is a log burning fire in addition to heated radiators. Logs will be supplied so you will be kept nice and warm.
This is a large 85 square meter apartment and is less than a genuine 5 minute walk to the gondola lifts and in the best part of town as restaurants, supermarkets and entertainment facilities are all close by. The free ice rink is also very close as are shops excellent restaurants and Banks. You can even ski near down the mountain almost to the door when the weather is favourable.
There is a restaurant on site that is outstanding and the Chef speaks many different languages including English so you will get satisfaction. We are also very close to where you can get a bus up the mountain to the ski slopes and this has often been a free service. I suggest you make enquiries. A group can take a taxi at resonable cost.to get to the ski area at 960 meters.

A refundable deposit of £100 or 120 euros is required . Deposits will be refunded within 10 days if no damage is found. Everything you need is provided. There is no charge for heating and we supply logs and hot water bottles. If you book next year we will offer a discount .We also have friends with 1 bed apartments at Demianitza. Long term rents are available from £300 per month.

Bedrooms
There are two large carpeted bedrooms with 2 large single beds in each and one large double sofa bed in the lounge so sleeps 4/6 persons in real comfort. The lounge has a tiled floor. We provide ironing boards.
Bathrooms
One shower room with WC and basin and a second seperate WC and basin each with its own separate access and facilaties.
Kitchen
Everything you expect is provided including dish washer and large fridge freezer and the cooker and hob and good lighting.
Living Rooms
Large room with Satellite TV and DVD player and balcony with seating for two with clear view of mountains. By all means bring your own DVD's but it will only play originals not home copies.
Dining Areas
Seating for 4 or 6 if the table is movedfrom being against the wall.The apartment is very spacious
Outside
The complex has a car park but there is no guarantee that it will accommodate everyone but is also near the gondola car parking site which is very large. Be careful where you park so you do not get fined.
Other Accommodation
There are lifts to all apartments and facilaties to store ski equipment on the ground floor as you enter (door to left)but those who hire are best to leave the gear with the shop where they hire.
