Our spacious 3rd floor one bedroom apartment is ideally situated in Bansko being less than a 5 minute level walk to the gondola and 10 minutes to the centre of Bansko. Guests can eat and drink in bars such as JJ Murphys, The Crown and the Friendly Bar or use the facilities in the 4 star Lion and Perun Hotels all of which are close by.


Our very well finished and spacious apartment is family owned, with everything you need to create a great base for either your ski or all season holiday. As you can see from the map below our apartment is built on the same level as the gondola station which, as Bansko is built on a slope, means that there are no up or down hill walks with all that ski gear.


Easily accommodating 4 adults the apartment consists of a south facing living room which has access to the balcony and south facing mountain views, a large south facing bedroom with king size bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower cubicle, entrance hall with storage and separate toilet and basin. The apartment is situated next door to the 4* Lion and Perun hotels so if you are feeling either energetic or in need of a well earned rest you can use the pools, gyms, saunas at either hotel for a minimal fee (approx 6 Leva per person). Both of these hotels also have free Wi-Fi in their bars and lobbies.


There are plenty of bars and restaurants with relaxed and informal atmospheres in the immediate surroundings such as JJ Murphy’s bar, The Crown Bar, The Irish Pub, Friendly Bar, The Victoria restaurant, the Lion Bar and hundreds of the local restaurants called Mehanas which serve the gorgeous local dishes.


Surrounded by the Pirin, Rila and Rhodope mountains and 85 miles from the capital of Sofia, the ancient town of Bansko is a thriving mountain resort with a permanent population of around 10,000, a figure which significantly rises during the long ski season which starts in mid December and lasts through until mid April. We can help you with travel and organise transfers from/to Sofia Airport (approx £50.00) per vehicle. Transfers can be for up to 8 people. We can also put you in contact with a company to arrange ski hire etc.

Coaches also run from Sofia to Bansko during the day (only) see www.centralbusstation-sofia.com - one way costs approx £7.00 each and you will stop for a break half way !

From London or Manchester, Easyjet are probably the cheapest airline to get to Sofia but also try www.wizzair.com from Luton, www.aerlingus.com from Dublin.
With all these.. the earlier you book the cheaper the flights are.. for example if you want to go return to Sofia for next March, prices can be as low as £56.00 return !!
