Spacious ground floor hotel style studio apartment offering low cost accommodation in a 4 star complex with excellent all year round leisure facilities.
This apartment can be rented either by itself (sleeping a maximum of 4 persons) or at the same time together with our other studio apartment in the same complex (sleeping a maximum of 8 persons) at a specially DISCOUNTED PRICE.
Our apartment is finished and equipped to a very high standard. Guests have FREE use of the leisure facilities including outdoor swimming pool, landscaped gardens, children’s play area, indoor swimming pool, sauna and gym. Aspen Heights offers an excellent option for both summer and winter holidays.
The apartment is very spacious and sleeps up to four people (ideally 2 adults and 2 children) on the two single beds and on the double sofa bed. Storage is provided in the double wardrobe and there is a coffee table and TV with DVD player. The balcony has plenty of room for a table and two chairs and offers excellent views of the mountain ranges.
At the other end of the studio are the dining table and 2 chairs and the fully equipped kitchen which has an oven, hob, fridge, kettle and toaster.
The bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet, sink and mirror. There is an iron and ironing board for guests use and the apartment is heated by electrical heaters throughout.
All leisure facilities in Aspen Heights are FREE to use for owners and their guests, this includes

The complex also has its own reception area, landscaped gardens, children’s play area and parking
A shuttle bus to the ski lift is provided in winter for which a small charge is made and the Ian Woosnam designed championship Pirin Golf Course and Country Club complex is a 5 minute walk from Aspen Heights.
