All Inclusive Advertising
- £199 for the first year and £119 p/a thereafter
- We will photograph your property, write and upload your text in both English and Bulgarian and provide a walk through video of your property

With both services we also offer an enquiry answering and booking handling service for 10% of the rental income generated (in addition to the annual charge). Enquiries are answered in both English and Bulgarian languages and payments from renters are made directly into your bank account. Please indicate below if you are interested in this service.
We are continually developing our website to keep our search engine rankings high. We invest heavily in Google Adwords to bring the site to the attention of prospective renters and we advertise and promote links across a wide range of specifically targeted relevant sites, as well as promoting the site within Bansko itself with leaflet distribution and local advertising.
As a registered user with a live property listing you will benefit from this investment in our presence. We want your properties to attract rentals - that after all reinforces the reputation of our site – and we are committed to developing services that support this aim, such as reviewing your advert to offer guidance where we think improvements could be made, extending the rental options to incorporate day rates, and plenty more to come. And it's all part of the service, at no extra cost.
