The 44 apartments are arranged of 5 floors with a lift and reception within the building. The leisure facilities, restaurant and shuttle bus mentioned are located in the Bansko Spa and Holidays hotel and are useable by the Nikmar apartments owners and their guests (please confirm that the individual apartment owner is part of these arrangements prior to booking). Nikmar itself does not have these operational facilities.
