Mountain Paradise 1 is the first of the chain of 4 Mountain Paradise developments, all of which are situated in Bansko town. The development is located on the western side of town between the river and the ring road in a residential area. The 50 apartments and maisonettes are arranged in two buildings that form a 'U' shape around landscaped gardens. The Mountain Paradise development is located across the road from Mountain Paradise South and all owners and users of apartments in both developments have the use of the leisure facilities in both buildings.
