We provide all advertisers with a full page property listing with description, photograph gallery, online availability calendar, price table, contact details and e-mail enquiry form. All properties are then listed in our search and destination pages as well as being indexed by all the major search engines.

We offer advertisers the ability to add additional properties (on new listing pages) at a greatly discounted price. These can then all be managed from the Owners Management Page.

Please note that we do not allow advertisers to represent more than one property on a property listings page. This is to ensure we maintain a consistent feel to the site for the holidaymakers browsing the site and that visitors are able to search all the properties on our site with the most ease.

Spotlight Adverts are the most prominent additional advertising that we offer. The Spotlight places maximize the exposure of your property and are limited to just 3. They will be seen in the following positions -

1. In a guaranteed position at the top of every listings page that is generated as a result of a search by potential holiday makers
2. On the right sidebar of the home page of www.rentINbansko.co.uk
3. On the right sidebar of each of the Developments Pages and
4. On the right sidebar of each of the Shortlist pages that are generated by Potential Renters when deciding on which apartment to rent in Bansko

This is a great way to set your property out from the others advertised and to boost its exposure to potential renters. Add a spotlight advert from the Owners Management Area for a special offer price of £15 per week (normally £25) to ensure maximum exposure of you property.

We also offer advertisers a cheaper alternative to enhance the advertisement. The featured property spot displays the property in a special sidebar on the right hand side of each of the search results listings that are generated as a result of a search by potential renters.

Feature properties are limited to just 6 per display and rotate in random order by the side of each search results listing. This is a great way to enhance the display of you advertisement and is available at the special offer price of just £6 per week (normally £12). Add a featured property spot from the Owners Management Area.

COMING SOON - We will offer advertisers the ability to receive notification of booking enquiries via SMS text message to their mobile phone. This is sent in addition to the booking enquiry email, and allows you to respond quicker to enquirers especially if you are not online on a regular basis. The text message gives a summary of the enquiry details and is offered free of charge with each property listing.

We are happy to input property details on behalf of advertisers from information available elsewhere on the Internet or received via post or email. This service incurs a small charge.

Our Bansko based team will be happy to take photographs at your request of the apartment that you wish to advertise. This request needs to be made prior to displaying the advertisement and we aim to have photographs available to you within 3 working days of receiving your request and payment.
